Hi greg

Looks like you still have alot of minuatised hair on your scalp. Maybe the laser comb has kept them going. How does it work anyway, i have never looked into it?

Do you plan on having any surgery at any point to restore some hair?

minuatirsed hairs are those affected by male pattern baldness. With each cycle they get smaller and smaller until they are vellous and you can no longer consider them cosmetically significant. Its like a guy who may look bald, if you look closely he may still have very light pigmented hairs that are so small light and thin, they make no difference to his appearence hair wise. Yours seem to still have dark colour, so maybe the laser comb kept those from going completly to that stage. Thats my understanding of it though but im no expert.
