Hey Everybody,

Does anybody know if Solgar - Skin nails and hair helps?(ofcourse together with Propecia) the lady at the health shop said it strengthens the hair follicle.

Anybody using it currently?

Let me start off by saying that I do not consider myself to be an expert on supplements and their efficacy. I can tell you, however, that I have seen a lot of formulas in the local natural foods stores and have seen formulations that seem to have many more ingredients than the item you posted. You might want to go to your local natural foods store and just browse similar products. There is normally a "men's health" section. I normally see saw palmetto, biotin and primrose oil (anti-inflamatory) coming up as helpful in nail, hair and skin health. You might want to educate yourself online before purchasing any products.

Hi FIT club,

I just know that Solgar is a very good brand, yes there is many many different herbs and spices on the market, and for 20USD for 120 pills is not really a loss for me if it doesnt work... Everybody on the web says good things about their product but the reason I posted in this forum is to get an objective view of anybody that uses it.

I understand...Personally I like to research the individual "herbs and spices" as you aptly refer to them. This offers me a bit more of a granular level as to the efficacy of the product.
