This patient was a 33 year old Norwood Class 3 with slightly wavy and course hair which came to us with thinning in the frontal region. His goal was to thicken the hairline area. Dr. Cole moved this patient’s hairline down, to a still-conservative position, and focused on adding coverage to the frontal third of his scalp. Dr. Cole transplanted 2,447 CIT grafts to the frontal area using the Programmable Power Cole Isolation Device, (PCID). We also pre-treated the recipient area with ACELL injections and coated the grafts with ACELL during placing.
