Words Missing?

'This increase is significant to not using the Anagenix.

The significance is that on average we see that under normal variables, the healling times are twice that of the times seen with the usage of Anagenix.'

Are there some words missing? Like in first sentence ..."compared" and in the second should 'with' be "without"

EITHER WAY IT SOUNDS EXCELLENT> WELL DONE :?:
