Dermatch Post-Op

After how many days/weeks is it okay to use Dermatch after FIT surgery in either the donor area or the recipient area? Are there any things to take into consideration when applying to avoid damaging the grafts?

In my own opinion, DermMatch can be safely used on hair transplants anytime beyond the scab phase...i think the safe zone will be 1 week post op.
Some doctors say it can be applied 48 hours post surgery, but i think it's more related to your skills, means...if you know how to apply it without rubbing the skin or grafts.
You will get instructions follow you surgery.

I'm just curious, how effective is dermatch? Does it make the hair appear thinker? Can it create an illusion of a lower hair line? How good is it? How well does it work?

Dermmatch works wonders on thinning hair, but can't really be used in places where there isn't any hair at all. It's worked wonders for me as I have thinning in the crown and behind the hairline.
